Meet Your Instructor Karamel McCoy
Karamel McCoy is the founder of Women Travel Abroad, co-host of the top 1% podcast, CEO Chronicles, a business mentor, and the owner of a co-working space in Kansas City.
As an avid traveler, Karamel began organizing trips originally in 2018 when she invited several ladies to join her on her trip to Amsterdam and Paris. Soon, Karamel realized there was a demand for friendly, curated groups of women who could “solo” travel together, and Women Travel Abroad was born. Since starting in 2018, Women Travel Abroad has taken over 420 travelers to 25 countries and has grown to nearly $1 million in annual revenue on a shoestring budget.
When Karamel isn’t organizing trips, mentoring an entrepreneur, recording her podcast, or managing her co-working space, you can find her on stage. An experienced speaker, Karamel has spoken at conferences, corporations, and universities that showcase her expertise from a decade working in accounting and talent development, along with her charisma from her past as a morning radio DJ.
